I loooove this bag! I purchased a different diaper bag before our baby was born and once I started using it I realized I didn't love it. I wanted something more stylish and less diaper-bag-looking (if that makes sense). We already have Herschel bags for ourselves so when I saw this I knew I had to get it.The bag is very spacious - bigger than I thought. The side pocket is amazing for grabbing things all the way at the bottom without taking everything out.One of the best things about the bag is the changing pad - it's big, durable and you can carry it around with diapers and wipes in it.Plus, the teal color we chose is neutral enough to be used for boys and girls.you can use this thing for school if you wanted too, its fairly hard to find a herschel bag with water bottle pockets, but this has two! the zippered pocket on the side makes for quick access to anything you decide to put there, plus you can divide the bag into two sections in the big pocket (one high section and one low section), it has a laptop pocket that can fit 3 macbooks, it also has some little compartments for storage. The smaller pocket doesnt have many features, its just an empty space for storage which is fine. It also has detachable straps ! perfectSturdy and comfortable, but it is more a laptop backpack than a diaper backpack. It’s as if Herschel added the travel diaper changing pad to their original backpack and categorized it as a diaper backpack :/. Very stiff and not much pockets for your typical infant needs.First off, this bag is TOUGH. It is well constructed and any dad (and mom) would be proud to carry this. If you're into cutesy printed diaper bags, this is not the bag for you. However, if you're into a no-fuss, comfortable, easy to use (a backpack seems much more sensible to me than a shoulder bag), this is the bag to get. Plus, you can transition it easily into a regular backpack (laptop compartment included!) after you're not using it for baby anymore. So much easier to tote around than the messenger style diaper bag I was using. Love the changing pad that comes with it. Really good quality. Holds a lot. Only downside was less compartments on the inside than my previous bag, but that wasn’t a huge issue. Will be a good bag that transitions as my daughter gets older. It’s beautiful! Haven’t tried it yet since baby #2 isn’t here for a couple mote weeks but it looks like a normal backpack which my husband would be happier to carry and it’s not bulky like my expensive skip hop bag I got for my first son that I stopped using at like 3 months. I’ll update this once I actually use it. Wish there was an insulated bottle area.Let's face it, no diaper bag on the market is going to make you feel great carrying. At least with this one you have more of a shot.It holds plenty of volume, easy access zipper on one side and a nice bottle pouch (non-insulated) on the other. The included changing pad is a nice touch. We ended up buying our son a matching camo kids bag so we match. He loves it.Great bag and light. One thing that drawn me into purchasing this bag was the large changing pad that they had, but once I unfolded it there was red ink transfer on the pad front the red netting. Not sure if I put diapers in would it transfer on them... to use the pad or not now...CadeauPerfect for going out with bub!
