I wanted a pair of Crocs, but the budget says no. So, I found these. They are thinner material than Crocs, but soft and pliable. My biggest issue is that one foot is more than one size larger than the other, and I am forced to buy the larger size to accommodate that.I wear a 7 in women’s sandals, but sandals are not shoes. I generally wear an 8.5 in most women’s shoes. I never know what to buy, particularly shopping on line, it’s hit and miss. These turned out to be a hit.I live in barefoot shoes. When I wear shoes at all. That being said, I liked how these sort of conform, or “follow” the shape, or curvature of the foot. Ergonomics. They are very soft. I’m glad I stumbled on them. When they arrived. I told my husband I was even opening them they LOOK huge! Don’t be fooled, I finally tried one on, and surprisingly, even though my tiny feet float around inside this shoe, over an inch too wide, all the way around, heel to toe, but they stay on, and that’s what I wanted, something to slap on my feet with no hassle, and these fit the bill. They fit with socks, easily. I would say that the 7.5 in women’s is pretty spot on. If you wear an 8 (in women’s), these might be too small. My real shoe size is 8.5.I personally find the ergonomic design a huge plus. There definitely needs to be MORE colors. I would buy another pair if there were some other colors. The material over the top of the foot is very thin, I can see my fingers through it. But I don’t see that as an issue, it is worth mentioning. They might not be Crocs, but they are a whole lot more comfortable and for the price, you can’t go wrong. Don’t get me wrong the quality appears to be very nice, the soles are great! I hope the little square pads are actually molded with the shoe. They have a definite unique look. I like the extended toe, great protection. As someone said, they look like real shit kickers! In other words great knock around shores that can be rinsed off with a hose and keep on kicking.Bottom line? For the price, they are pretty awesome. I don’t know if I still see crocs sometime in my future, but I do see maybe another pair of these. They are pretty cool. (And I can afford them!)
